ANA SANTIAGO
Ana started her career in hospitality opening some of NYC's top eateries with celebrity chefs, while pursing her life as an artist, exhibiting art in solo and group shows around New York City. She then pivoted to teaching art to high schoolers in inner-city Brooklyn, where she eventually became the Department Chair responsible for interdepartmental budgets, program and curriculum writing, and professional develpment. In 2010 she started Pensione Brooklyn, a network of short term property rentals in Brooklyn. In 2017, she moved to Mexico where she worked with hotels and hostels to modernize their properties and business models to meet the needs of today's clients. While there, she spent a lot of time working with the community briging laptops and art to those in need. In 2022 she moved to Phoenix AZ where she helps small business owners all over the country get on track, get online, and leverage their experience and vision to level up.

Ana has worked in the Hospitality industry for over 12 years specializing in business operations and marketing. She has worked with clients such as the WWE, Marie Callendars, Smith & Wollensky, and The New York Times on their Weekender campaign. She owned and operated Pensione Brooklyn, a guest rental business with 5 apartments in and around NYC.
PASSION
MONARK was born from a passion for watching business owners thrive and grow beyond their own limitations. Ana saw a way to facilitate a pathway of expansion and growth, where she could help business owners fill in the gaps so that they could focus on what they do best. She now spends her time residing in Phoenix servicing the local business community.
