A Co-Working Space for the Global Nomad

Located in the heart of San Cristobal de Las Casas, the owners were looking to retro-fit their hostel to cater to digital nomads.

Community Partnerships

Jupiter's goal was to be a cultural hub, not just a workspace, with workshops, movies and a robust nightly calendar for locals and tourists alike.

Finding Space

Monark was able to utilize all the unused space. From productivity work nooks to conversation corners, every area was comfortable and cozy, yet well thought out. Our intentional design was there to meet the needs of the digital nomad, creating an environment that inspired people to connect with each other, while also having the ability to do deep work. Whether you were there short or long term, there was an area for everybody.

Comfort Above All

Generous work desks, ergonomic chairs, and a beautiful airy space full of natural light.

Graphics

The Jupiter group wanted their graphics bold and fun to set them apart from the staid and boring competition. The result was a vibrant logo and branding package that was friendly, welcoming, and fun.

Tourists, Locals and Everyone In Between

When Jupiter opened its doors it was quickly a neighborhood favorite. With a cafe in the front serving artisanal coffee to a kitchen offering daily meal specials, we created an environment that allowed our guests to have anything they needed at their finger tips. There was even a "bookstore" for all the supplies digital nomads needed and wanted.
